Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Mira Zadeh offers complimentary free shipping via USPS and it can take up to 5-7 business days from the shipping date, not from the date when the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take up to 1 or 2 days for the product to be shipped out.

Other shipping options are available but not covered by us.

Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit

 

For RETURNS please email us at shop@mira-zadeh.com before sending your product back. Failure to do so, the item will be sent back to you with no refunds, exchanges or store credit.

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise* within 14 days after the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, refund or store credit.

In order to qualify for a return, store credit or exchanges, the item must be in its original packaging and must have ALL TAGS, and hygienic liners attached. Please note, there is a $9 restocking fee for all returns, exchanges or store credit.

NOTE: Due to health regulations please be cautious of any makeup/deodorant marks on merchandise, as we will not grant a return on damaged items. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the returned item(s) do not meet our standards for return (outlined above), the item(s) in question will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address, and no refund applied. Once item(s) pass inspection, we will credit the original payment method or issue store credit within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

 

SALE ITEMS: Items not considered to be full-priced include the following: (1) on-sale items. (2) items purchased using store credit. These items are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

 

International orders (if applicable) are final sale and non-returnable.
